Adchem was established in 1965 and has been under continuous management and ownership for 50 years.

We are certified under Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC) Responsible Tape Manufacturer (RTM) rigorous audited standards. We are leaders in the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council, American Architectural Manufacturers Association, Gasket Fabricators Association, and participate in TAPPI and AMICAL organizations. Our development and production facilities covers almost 5 acres of ISO 9001-2015 certified manufacturing. Our ISO 17025 accredited laboratory serves both our customers and our internal process quality assurance labs.

We currently employ 115 people including experienced and respected executives, PhD led researchers, engineers, managers, production specialists, chemists, and process managers. Adchem currently manufactures over 275 different acrylic, rubber and hybrid adhesive systems with hundreds of other formulations available. Our annual Capacity in excess of 30 million Square Yards of coated surfaces.

Technical Service:

Adchem technical services provide a wide array of testing services at your disposal, including comparative analysis; application simulation; and A2LA accredited testing per our scope of accreditation.

New Product Development:

Adchem has the ability to customize products to meet application and fabrication requirements. Development projects are led by PhD chemists with executive involvement and engineering support successfully running 60 -80 projects per year.

Manufacturing:

With three 63 inch wide production coating lines and three pilot lines, Adchem has the capacity to coat in excess of 30 million square yards annually. Our converting facilities provide slitting support for converters, distributors and OEM customers requiring narrow widths, log roll lengths, at their fabricating locations.

Supply Chain Management:

Adchem works with major producers of carriers, adhesive chemistries, liner materials to support our research, product testing and evaluation, as well as production requirements for our In-house formulating, mixing, and compounding.
